Fluid Approval Related Actions Opens New Window But Page Is Too Small

Symptoms
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
1) Make sure Elastic search is working
2) Click Global Search -> Procure to Pay and enter "45"
3) In results window, select Category-> "Requisitions"
4) Click on the Related Actions button and select Fluid Requisition Approval
5) Very small modal window appears
There is no error/warning captured in browser debugger
Due to this issue, users cannot use Fluid Approvals from Related Actions pop-up menu on Global Search results page
