Symptoms
APX2020 goes to No-Success, after applying Bug 31114646 and manually adding the Report Definition for 1099 NEC 2020.
ERROR:
Query Engine returns error. (228,118)

STEPS:
1. Follow the Setup document - upd31114646_setup.doc after applying the Bug-31114646
2. Manually Added the Report Definition
3. Run the Process - APX2020
4. Process failed with above error
