Post To Student Account Looks Like It Works But There Is No Record Of The Post

In our Campus Solutions database we posted a charge on a student account , however the account balance does not reflect the new charges.
No pop up error warning were presented to the user however when we query PS_QUICK_POST_ERR we find 2 distinct error messages
14816, 11105 ERROR The calling program was unable to complete a call to one of the subprograms.
Check display information to identify the calling program and the program which was being called.
14816, 12019 A row was not found for SSF_TPSTU_CHDUE. A row is expected when updating the SSF_TP_ORG_AMT
