Recurring Voucher page is showing additional dispatch button, while no contract is dispatched.


Steps To Replicate
-----------------------
1. Navigate to:- Main Menu > Procurement Contract > Add/Update Contract.
2. Open any Contract which is type Recurring Voucher.
3. Check that the dispatch button and dispatch method is available.
