when trying to update the date & re-save bank transfer the "TRANSFER TO" information was changed
Navigation : Cashmangement ----> Fees & Transfer -----> Bank acct transfer
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. external transfer between bank accounts BANK1/ACCT1 and BANK1/ACCT2 for transfer date 6/1/2020
2. change the transfer date to 6/4/2020
observe that the transfer to bank details are changed to BANK2/ACCT3
