Symptoms

ISSUE:
Error Received When Deleting an Historical Paydown From an Existing Deal

ERROR:
An error has occurred.
You may attempt to sign in again.
If your attempt fails, please contact your System Administrator.
Please make sure Webserver and Appserver are up. null
Sign in to PeopleSoft

STEPS:
1. Navigate to a Deal > click on Interest Date link
2. Delete historical Paydown
3. Click Ok
4. The application logs you out with the following message
An error has occurred.
You may attempt to sign in again.
If your attempt fails, please contact your System Administrator.
Please make sure Webserver and Appserver are up. null
Sign in to PeopleSoft
