Symptoms
Customer had recently applied PUM Image 29 as a make-current image.
They are using partial Position Management
Since the upgrade they are having several issues with template based hires that are inconsistent.
This example is for a hire that won't process correctly because the user gets an error the DEPTID is required. The template is not set up with DEPTID as a required field. This employee is being hired into a position which should populate the DEPTID. DEPTID is in the template for non-position hires.
