Symptoms

Sample environment is on PeopleTools(PT) 8.58.03. When attempting to click on the Chatbot tile, the following error occurs:

 

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Configure Chatbot.

2. Configure Integration Broker (IB).

3. Click on the Chatbot tile.
