Symptoms
In our campus solutions 9.2 database when we attempt to adjust a payment plan
the following error occurs.

14816,11113 The payment plan adjust program was not able to retrieve charge information
After cancelling the student from the plan and trying to add them back to the plan posting fails on the page Student financials > payment plans > payment plan > assign payment plan
