Symptoms

Create Temporary Table fails to Build in Application Designer.
The following warning message is written to the log file:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Temporary Table definition in Application Designer. E.g.: TL_IPT2.
2. Before attempting to build the record, make sure that Build Option "Recreate table if it already exists" is selected.
3. Try to build the record.
4. Warning message is written to the log file: "record skipped on Create Table process because it already exists. (76,13)".
