E-PIA: AutoComplete (TYPEAHEAD) Truncates Value Entered for Chartfields in Accounts Payables Distribution Lines, after User Tabs Out of the Field (Doc ID 2690824.1)

Symptoms

When user fills-in the Account field, in the Distribution Line, on Accounts Payables Voucher page, when tabbing out or trying to fill a value, say '9999', it is then updated to '999', removing the last character.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Accounts Payable> Vouchers> Add/Update> Regular Entry.
2. Add a Voucher.
3. Provide Account Detail and, when tabbing or trying to fill a value, say '9999', it gets updated to '999', deleting the last character automatically.
