ISIR Corrections Components for Older Aid Years (Doc ID 2690904.1)

Goal

As of the current Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image, users are only able to access the correct ISIR components for the most recent three aid years. For example, as of CS 9.2 PUM Image 17, the components for aid years prior to 2019 are no longer available. Is that intentional design?
