Tax Update 20-B, Date of Availability on My Oracle Support for Commercial Version of HCM was targeted to be posted on Friday, May 1st 2020 (Close of business 5:00 PST).
Translation - Payroll Tax Update 20-B will be posted Friday, May 8th 2020.
