When Enrollment Statement Controls for Life Events Are Configured for the Investment Section to "Hide when no allocations", It Still Displays on the Enrollment Preview

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On the eBenefits Enrollment Statement Controls page for Life Events, the Investment Section is configured to "Hide when no allocations"; however, in the on-line Enrollment Preview for that Life Event, this section still displays with the message "You have no allocations." It works properly on the Print View of the Preview.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Set the Investment Section of the eBenefits Enrollment Statement Controls for a Life Event to "Hide when no allocations" (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > eBenefits > Enrollment Statement Controls).
2. Employee creates that Life Event (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Benefits Details tile > Life Events, Benefits Enrollment).
3. Employee reaches Benefits Enrollment and clicks the Review Enrollment button.
