When Trying to Add a Web Supplier item to "Add to Favorites" the Message “The Following DC Item(s) Will Not Be Added, Please Contact Your System Administrator” is Not Displayed Completely on Mobile Devices (Doc ID 2691708.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add a Web item to "Add to Favorites" on a laptop the following confirmation message is completely displayed but not on the mobile devices. " The following DC item(s) will not be added, please contact your system administrator"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Fluid Requisition.
2. Follow steps to add a Web supplier item to the Shopping Cart.
3. Click Checkout page.
4. Select the Line and Add to Favorites
5. A Confirmation page shows up with message "The following DC item(s) will not be added, please contact your system
   administrator".on laptop this message is displayed in full but on mobile it is displayed as "The following DC item(s) will not be added".
