E-IB: Getting "Physical JSON Document not Found..." or "The value X is less than the Min Inclusive defined..." Errors After Setting Min/Max Inclusive Values for Decimal Primitive Field When Using a Document Object (Doc ID 2692021.1)

Symptoms

Issue 1:
In Document Tester, after using a decimal primitive with the min/max inclusive values set, the operation ends with the following error:


The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Log into PIA, and navigate to PeopleTools > Documents > Document Builder.
2. Open a document, and add a new decimal primitive having the following criteria:

Min Inclusive: 0; Max Inclusive: <empty>;

3. Navigate to PeopleTools > Documents > Documents Utilities > Document tester.
4. Open the previous document, and set the new decimal primitive's value.
5. Save the value, and the error above occurs.
