ECM: Why Does the TR_FA_LOAD Process For an EDI822 File Receive the Following Warning - Duplicate Account Found Within Statement? (Doc ID 2692161.1)

For each account there are two ACT sections. The first ACT is for balance and service charge details and the second ACT section is for the relationship summary details for the same account. Due to this scenario, banks are sending same account number in both ACT sections. When this file is loaded in PeopleSoft, why is the following Warning Received?:  Duplicate account found within statement 9
The statement contained the same account twice
