GPESP: CRET@ Code 998 Incorrect when there Is Retro Deltas on Overtime (Doc ID 2692248.1)

Symptoms

For several employees with overtime calculated retro, in Individual Data Cret@, option Calculation Details a total amount is generated. This employee has several lines generated with code 998 in table GPES_CRT_LQ_EE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Calculate payroll for an employee for July, August, September
2. Add Positive input for the employee in July: HRS EXTRA E
3. Calculate October payroll with retro for July
4. Check Cret@ Individual Data ESP and table GPES_CRT_LQ_EE
