EHRJP: The Status As Of Effective Date Sets Incorrectly On The Additional Appointiment JPN Page (Doc ID 2692351.1)

Symptoms

At the the Additional Appointment JPN page, when searching employees who has 4 inactive additional appointment records,
the Status as of effective date for the first row shows as "Active" even if status is inactive in the table.
Also, after clicking Edit button and then closing a popup window of Edit Additional Appointment Information,
the Status as of effective date for the first row changed to "Inactive".
Even if status is "Inactive" on DB, status for the first row shows as "Active".


This issue can be replicated by below step:

1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Additional Appointment JPN
2. Click Edit button
3. Verify Action Reason and click Cancel
4. Back to the Additional Appointment JPN page
