Purpose

This document provides information about submitting reports to the Australian government using the Transforming the Collection of Student Information (TCSI) system. 

Scope

This information is intended for education providers and universities that previously report data through the HEPCAT system and CART. All data, including those previously reported through HEPCAT or CART, must be reported through the TCSI system.

You must use PeopleTools 8.57 or later.
