How to Update Pell Origination and/or Disbursements Still Showing Transmitted After Processing by Pell Inbound (CODIN) (Doc ID 2692620.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Occasionally the Pell Origination and Transaction statuses - and Disbursement Status, if disbursements information was also sent - will remain Transmitted even though the records have been sent to COD and come back. In these cases, the statuses need to be reset to reflect what happened to the record at COD, and/or allow the record to be re-processed by Pell origination and/or PELLOUT as needed.
