Student Cannot Enroll as gets stuck on Class Preference Page in Activity Guide (Doc ID 2693339.1)

Symptoms


A student is unable to register for classes using the enrollment activity guide. The student is term activated and has the correct security but is stuck on the second step of the process "Review Class Preferences". When the "Accept" button on this page is clicked the page reloads not allowing the transfer to the next page/step three "Enroll or Add to Cart"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for Class via class search and enroll
2. Select Class Option which will open the Activity Guide
3. Review the class selection (AG Step 1) and click the 'Next' button
4. Review the Class Preferences (AG Step 2) and click the 'Accept' button
5. Page reloads
