Cannot Approve A Requisition Over 500 Lines In IE Need To Use Chrome (Doc ID 2693511.1)

When submitting a large requisition with over 500 lines then trying to approve it, system times out and user will be signed out when trying to bring the requisition from the worklist to approve.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit a large requisition with more than 500 lines for approval
2. try to bring the requisition from worklist to approve
3. System will times out and approver will be signed out of the system
