Symptoms
When a user attempts to update Leave of Absence (LEAV) and Return from Leave of Absense (RLOA) Program Action the following error occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan
2. Search Student ID
3. Add Program Action
