My alerts - Questionnaire Request count incorrect

The Questionnaire request from the My Alerts in Recruiting home is showing applicants who have already completed the questionnaire for the job openings listed.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Careers
2. Complete the Questionnaire request
