Symptoms
EXPEND_MTHD Not Populated On PS_EX_TRANS Table When VISA/AMEX File is Loaded
Steps:
1. Load a VISA/AMEX transaction file and note that the transactions loaded into EX_TRANS doesnt have the EXPEND_METHOD populated.
2. When these transactions are pulled into expense report, it will error out saying payment method is not populated.
