AP_SDN_VAL process goes to No Success with a parse error.

STEPS

1.  On any sample supplier, update the City field value to 'PT TOWNSEND'.  Note that the 'TOWNSEND' is just an example and could be any other word.  The important thing to note is that the field has 'PT' as part of the value.

2.  Run Financial Sanctions Validation.

     - Error is encountered
