Propsect Data Load (PDL) File Parser - Temporary ID (SCC_TEMP_ID) Mismatch Between Tables Prevents Load to Constituent Staging. (Doc ID 2695392.1)

When attempting to run File Parser for ACT using a custom File Mapping, the process runs to Success|Posted but no data appears in Constituent Staging. Data checks on tables SCC_STG_CONSTIT and SCC_STG_NAMES showed that there is a mismatch of SCC_TEMP_ID values on both tables and the SCC_TEMP_IDs are incremented by 2s. The same problem is displayed when doing Preview Data via File Mapping.

SCC_TEMP_ID values are expected to be identical for each person on SCC_STG_CONSTIT and SCC_STG_NAMES.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation: Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > File Parser > Run File Parser

  1. Run File Parser for ACT
  2. Go to Constituent Staging and do a search -- no data is shown
  3. Check tables SCC_STG_CONSTIT and SCC_STG_NAMES for the newly run File Parser and compare the SCC_TEMP_ID values
