FLUID Academic Progress Report not Loading Complex Requirement Lines (Doc ID 2695852.1)

Symptoms

When using the fluid academic advisement report, and attempting to view the requirement line details for complex requirement lines, the information does not load, and the request times out. 

The same issue does not occur on the classic academic advisement page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to self service
  2. Click on the fluid Academic Progress tile.
  3. Select Academic progress report.
  4. Click on the detail lines.
