Symptoms

Incorrect number of transactions are shown on Notices tile in Employee self service fluid home page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Notices tile and note that it displays 11 count irrespective of the number of Notices since its hard coded in the code.
