E-PORTAL: Search Administration Pagelet Does Not Render Properly From Portal Search Results

Symptoms
Search Administration Pagelet does not render properly from Portal Search results
Entering Navigation Search for the Search Administration Pagelet and the link displays erroneous page of links which don't work. Open the pagelet PT_PTSF_SRCHADMIN_AG in Pagelet Wizard and going to Step 5 the wizards dumps you to the NODE page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a global search for 'Search Adminstration'
2. Click the Search adminstration link from the result list brings to a pagelet, not the Search Adminstration page
Also, in the pagelet wizard, going to Step 5 presents the Node page.
