GPUK Change For P45 Surname Change - Update Not Delivered To SS (Doc ID 2696136.1)

Symptoms

After implementing PUM Image 32 as well as the fix for Bug 29505520 - GP UK: INCONSISTENT LENGTH OF EMPL SURNAME/FAMILY NAME ON THE 3 X P45 SHEETS, the self service online P45 report is still not using the correct name for Name and Surname, only the Printed version of it is.
 

Since the Printed version of P45 report is using now an adequate length for Name and Surname fields, it is expected that the Online Version of P45 as well.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change name and make it lengthy
2. Terminate employee
3. Run payroll for 2019 January
4. Finalize kg 2018m10 
5. Run p45 identification GBR
6. Run p45 GBR
