Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, ChartField Configuration


Chartfield Standard configuration update datetime mainatained for all Chartfieds not selected for update


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1) Make sure there a already a row for  CF_TMPLT_ACTION=L ( Relabel) from previous run ( Configuration status)
2) Change Length of Project Id from 10 to 15
3)  Run ChartField configuration process
4) Open Configuration status page
5) Date time maintained is updated for all ChartFields
