When Running Resize Employee Photos Process (HR_EMPLPHOTO) Error message observed.
ERROR
Error in pcmeweb.cpp : Class=CJImageUtil : Function=CJImageUtil() : Instruction=Failed to create java instance of ImageUtil
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > System Administration > Database Processes > Resize Employee Photos
2. Process Runs to No Success
