Symptoms
We are experiencing an issue in the "Benefit Details" area. When you click on “Life Events” or “Dependent/Beneficiary Info”, or “View Form 1095-C”, or “Form 1095-C Consent”, the following error is generated:

Could not add record DERIVED_BEN_FL for page BEN_EE_NOAUTH_FL. Make sure record exists and does not contain any corrupt data (15, 62)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Benefits Details
2. Click on “Life Events” or “Dependent/Beneficiary Info”, or “View Form 1095-C”, or “Form 1095-C Consent”.
