Goal

Saving file attachment in Extended Absence fails with negative number assigned to transaction_nbr_at field error.
Per Oracle recommendations a script should be run to populate record HGA_ABRQ_AT_NUM, however this script is starting at a random number. Would it be better to insert a row with 0 or 1 in HGA_ABRQ_AT_NUM?
