Goal
An Employee had earnings from an Earnings Code (EC1) where "Add to Gross Pay" flag was checked. Employee also had earnings from another Earnings Code (EC2) where "Add to Gross Pay" flag was unchecked. The earnings from EC2 were not considered towards calculation for the WA FLI/MLI calculations and this happens only for the WA state? For other states, earnings from EC1 and EC2 are used for calculations correctly. Why the wages used to calculate WA FLI/MLI are different from the ones used for other states?
