REPLICATION STEPS

1. PeopleTools-> Utillities-> Administration-> URLS setup;
2. Setup Fin / Common Definition / File Attachments / Administer File Attachments setup;
3. Add file under Billing / Maintain Bills / Supporting Documentation;
4. Save;
5. Delete the file uploaded.
