E-PTF / E-AS: PeopleSoft Test Framework is not Versioning Test Cases (Doc ID 2699029.1)

PeopleSoft Test Framework is not performing versioning as expected when creating new test cases or editing existing test cases.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Add the parameter "MgrAutoLock=N" to the psappsrv.cfg file in the [Cache Settings]
2. Create and save a test case, or update and existing test case in PTF.
3. Observe that versioning SQL is not fired off in Integration Broker when the actions in step 2 are performed.
