On : 10 version, Managing Environments
The patch download process in Cloud Manager are stuck, regardless of the channel subscription.
The download log file just hangs after validating the license agreement. See similar text message below:

STEPS
======
1.) Go to Cloud Manager > Repository > Download Subscriptions.
2.) Unsubscribe to the channel and then re-subscribe.
3.) Observe the download progress.
4.) Go to the Logs section and check the latest activity for the channel.
