ETL92: Schedule ID Is Not Getting Saved In Database From Assign Work Schedule (Doc ID 2699915.1)

Symptoms

It appears after a schedule has been assigned choosing 'Use Default Schedule' as the Assignment Method, no Schedule ID shows on the SCH_ASSIGN table. The issue is happening only if choosing 'Use Default Schedule' as Assignment method. The issue occurs regardless if using either below navigation path:
  Navigation: Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporter Data > Assign Work Schedule
  Navigation: MSS >Time Management > Manage Schedules > Assign Work Schedule

Steps to Recreate:
Navigation: Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporter Data > Assign Work Schedule or
Navigation: MSS >Time Management > Manage Schedules > Assign Work Schedule
1. Select an Employee insert a new row with Assignment Method - Use Default Schedule then Save.
2. Query SCH_ASSIGN table for the same employee above. Note: No Schedule ID shows on the table for the employee.
