Symptoms
When Time Reporter is in IST Time Zone then the time displayed on the Fluid Report Time Tile is not correct as per Time Zone and it is 30 mins less than the correct IST time. But when employee punches the time, it records the correct time in TL_RPTD_TIME table.
STEPS

1. On Time Reporter Data, Time Zone is IST.
2. Navigate to Fluid Report Time
