Telephone Field is not visible on Manage Position > View Detail page. The telephone field is only available when ‘creating’ or ‘editing’ a position.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View Fluid Position through Workforce Administrator > Position Management > Manage Position > Edit
2. Under Specific Information category, Telephone field is available to edit
3. View Fluid Position through Workforce Administrator > Position Management > Manage Position > View Detail
4. Under Specific Information category, Telephone label does not appear at all
