Symptoms
As part of a Job Application, users are asked to fill out the Voluntary Self Identification of Disability Form CC-305. However, the form in Recruiting Solutions has typos when compared to the OFCCP form:
1. Beneath the heading Why are you being asked to complete this form?
- The text reads: "...having at least 7% of our workforce be individualswith disabilities."
2. In the heading the text reads: "How do I know if I have a disability?"
However, the text should match the OFCCP form.
1. Beneath the heading Why are you being asked to complete this form?
- The text should read: "...having at least 7% of our workforce be individuals with disabilities."
2. The heading should read: "How do you know if you have a disability?"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Careers and apply for a job
2. In the guided process, go to the Self-Identify - Disability step
3. Note the above typos/errors are present in the form.
