Add Attachment Not Working on My Applicants > Send Correspondence Page (Doc ID 2701954.1)

When click on Add Attachment on Send correspondence page from My Applicants tile, the attachment page is appearing but background page routing back to My applicants page and after uploading a file, the cursor remains on My Applicants fluid page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Recruiting Fluid home page Click on My Applicants tile.
2. Click on the 'Email' icon to send the correspondence.
3. Click on any ‘Find’ hyperlink to search for employee to be-cc’ed or bcc’ed into the correspondence
4. Click on the Add Attachment button
5. Page routed back to My Applicants fluid page.
6. After selecting a file and clicking upload, page was not routed back to Send Correspondence page and remains in My Applicant fluid page.
