Symptoms

In HCM environment after setup of Service Operation PERSON_BASIC_SYNC.INTERNAL and submit add a new Person or update Person Data, PERSON_BASIC_SYNC message triggered and received an error message. 

 

ERROR

No transformation found in the OA transformation schema for 0000, message PERSON_BASIC_SYNC. (18137,202)
 
This is an exception message that 3rd party handlers send back to the publishing node.



Steps to Replicate Issue:

  1.  Log in as a PS Administrator and setup Service Operation PERSON_BASIC_SYNC integrated with Oracle Identity Management.
     Navigation: Peopletools > Integration Broker > Integration Broker Setup > Service Operation >{search/select} PERSON_BASIC_SYNC.INTERNAL
  2.  Then, log in as a Workforce Administrator and add a new Person or update Person Data and save, triggering message PERSON_BASIC_SYNC
  3.  Log in again as a PS Administrator, notice from Service Operations Monitor, message PERSON_BASIC_SYNC is in error.   Navigation: Peopletools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Asynchronous Services
