On : 10 version, Managing Environments
The Self-Update process to upgrade from Cloud Manager (CM) 10 to CM 11 fails when running the PeopleTools Upgrade to PT 8.58.
Below is the result of running: run_cloud_manager_update -t CM_UPGRADE -o get_status
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the CM 10 to CM 11 Self-Upgrade process.
2. Wait until the PeopleTools (PT) Upgrade process begins. At this time, the CM instance becomes inaccessible.
3. Check the status of the PT Upgrade by running: run_cloud_manager_update -t CM_UPGRADE -o get_status
