Symptoms
When using Fluid Position Management to Create, Modify, or Clone a Position. The Bargaining Unit is defaulting to '8888' and will not allow the user to save the Position.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure environment to use Fluid Position Management
2. Create, Modify or Clone a Position
3. Note Bargaining Unit is defaulting to 8888, and changes cannot be saved
