Error "You Are Not Authorized to Access this Component" when Trying to Access PO Acknowledgement History (Doc ID 2702689.1)

Symptoms

When accessing PO Acknowledgement history, an error is received.



Steps to recreate the issue:
1) Create a PO and click on Header Details.  Change Acknowledgments required for, to "Initial Dispatch Only"
2) After dispatching the PO, click on Awaiting Acknowledgement.  Click on Save and Approve.
3) Now pull up the PO Acknowledgement in Manage PO Acknowledgements and see error
