Goal

After upgrading to PeopleTools (PT) 8.57.xx, users noticed that application engine logs have a .stdout (AE_MY_AE_PGM_YYY.stdout) extension instead of .log (AE_MY_AE_PGM_YYY.log), like in their prior (PT 8.56.xx) release. They want to know what determines whether the output log file has a .stdout or .log extension?
